Description

A gorgeous mid-century cute teak blanket box with ebonised dansette legs which doubles up as a lovely seating bench. This has been re-upholstered in a beautiful green and cream palm velvet fabric which meets fire and safety standards and renovated by us in our workshops. This would look stunning in a bedroom for handy storage for bedlinen or in a hallway for seating and storing shoes.

This box is made of a beech frame carcass which has been veneered in teak wood and has a lovely brass strip detail around the top and bottom edges. It sits on ebonised black dansette legs which have brass cups. It is in excellent condition and has been renovated to a high standard.

As this is vintage there are signs of 'wear & tear', we try to show any blemishes in our photos. We restore all pieces ourselves and feel blemishes do not detract from the beauty of the piece and shows its history.
