Shipping policy

We offer a four-tier tariff service, depending on the size and quantity of the item(s) you have ordered. Additional items in the same order will be discounted.

Full delivery costs are outlined below:

Level 1 - Extra Large items such as wardrobes, sideboards, sets of chairs and chest of drawers**
Delivery Charge: £65*
Additional Item(s): £40*
Delivery Time: 5 to 10 days

Level 2 - Large items chairs, bedside tables and coffee tables**
Delivery Charge: £45*
Additional Item(s): £20*
Delivery Time: 5 to 10 days

Level 3 - Medium items such as large and medium planter pots, rugs and accessories
Delivery Charge: £14.95*
Additional Item(s): £7.45*
Delivery Time: 3 to 5 days

Level 4 - Smaller items such as small planter pots and accessories
Delivery Charge: £8.95*
Additional Item(s): £4.95*
Delivery Time: 3 to 5 days

**please note there is an additional charge for Larger items to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall or if you require two man delivery service (please see below for more information)

X-LARGE & LARGE FRAGILE ITEMS

For x-large and large fragile items such as furniture, we offer a one man white glove service using our preferred personal courier services, who deliver for us on a regular basis (and includes insurance). Items are delivered to ground floor front door and our courier will require assistance to deliver from the van to your front door. If you require a two man white glove services or have stairs / levels where to goods need to be delivered then please contact us via email at hello@gruffertys.com or call us on 01442 827576. An additional charge will be made for two-man white glove delivery.

All items are carefully wrapped using bio-degradable packaging (including bubble wrap) with delivery usually between 5 to 10 days, depending on location and availability of our couriers. Alternatively, items can be collected from our depot in Tring, Hertfordshire free of charge (appointment to be made prior to collection).

**We delivery to most UK mainland postal areas except for Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall (please contact us for a quote for these areas). We do not currently deliver outside of the UK mainland for Extra Large and Large items.

MEDIUM TO SMALL ITEMS

For medium to small items we use standard UK carriers with tracking such as DPD and UBS (which includes insurance). All items are packaged using bio-degradable packaging (including bubble wrap). We deliver both Medium and Small items to all UK mainland locations. For overseas delivery for Medium and Small items please contact us for a quote.
