A gorgeous matching pair of retro LP / vinyl stacking record cabinet units in walnut veneer with sliding doors and back ebonised skirting. Made by Herbert Gibbs manufactured in the UK around the 1950/60s. This is a lovely set of record cabinets and perfect for housing your vinyl collection (which stores both 12" and 7" records), magazine or books.
There are two separate detachable cabinets which both have sliding doors, brass handles and been polished. There are metal dividers in both cabinets (which can not be removed and are permeant which are powder coated in red paint). They are in good condition with some marks to the top of the cabinet (see photos) which do not detract from its beauty. We have several of these cabinets available if you would like more either in this style or alternatively we have a single matching record unit on brass legs available as well in our other listing. listing price is for both units.
As this is vintage there are signs of 'wear & tear', we try to show any blemishes in our photos. We restore all pieces ourselves and feel blemishes do not detract from the beauty of the piece and shows its history.
Height: 69.0 cm Width: 91.5 cm Depth: 36.0 cm (larger unit) and 23.0 cm (smaller unit. The cabinet heights are 38.0 cm (larger) and 25.0 cm (smaller).
