Originally made by Habitat in the 1970/80s this black leather tubular steel chrome kitchen bar stool was based on the original designs made by Mart Stam and Marcel Breuer, both part of the Bauhaus movement.
The stools are both in good condition with no pitting or rusting to the chrome, there is a slight crease on the back rest of one of the chairs but it does not effect it structurally (please see photos). The frame and foot rest is made of chrome with rubber protection on the foot rest and leather seats. Price includes both stools and being sold a pair.
As this is vintage there are signs of 'wear & tear', we try to show any blemishes in our photos. We restore all pieces ourselves and feel blemishes do not detract from the beauty of the piece and shows its history.
