This handsome black lacquered curved mirror would look amazing in any period home! The mirror is made of a pine frame with gesso underneath and then lacquered with black French polish. The plate glass has some foxing but also does have a small rectangle area in the middle which has not aged as much but does not detract from it beauty (please see photos). There is also some chips to the finish but we think this adds to the beauty of the piece and has a great patina. This mirror could be use above a mantlepiece in a lounge or dining room or in bedroom above a dressing table or chest of drawers.
